九粱８号高粱品种是吉林市农科院育成的新品种。主要特点是产量高而稳定，出米率高，品质好，秆强不倒伏。１９９５年１月经吉林省农作物品种审定委员会审定，准予推广。
Nine sorghum 8 sorghum varieties is a new breed of Jilin Academy of Agricultural Sciences. The main features of high yield and stability, a high rate of rice, good quality, strong stem lodging. January 1995 by the Jilin Province Crop Variety Approval Committee approved, to be promoted.
