目的通过对石家庄市藁城区2015年重点职业病监测中噪声作业人员纯音听阈测试双耳高频平均听阈结果的统计分析,以期为职业病防控提供技术依据。方法采用石家庄市重点职业病监测与职业健康风险评估技术方案,从企业规模、经济类型、行业分布及从业人员年龄、工龄、性别6个维度统计分析噪声专项检查结果。结果石家庄市藁城区2015年重点职业病职业健康检查噪声作业专项检查共1 831人,156人双耳高频平均听阈≥40 d B。中、小型私营等乡镇企业监测人数少,结果异常率分别为17.09%和7.28%;接噪人员以工龄1~3 a男性中青年为主(617人),接噪7~9和10~14 a双耳高频平均听阈损失异常率分别16.22%和14.04%。结论 2015年石家庄市藁城区,中、小型私营等乡镇企业的中、青年噪声作业人员职业健康危害较重,应着重加强上述行业、人员的噪声职业危害防控。
Objective By statistical analysis of the results of pure tone threshold of binaural audiometry in Xiangcheng District of Shijiazhuang City in 2015 for monitoring key occupational diseases in order to provide technical basis for prevention and control of occupational diseases. Methods Based on the key occupational disease surveillance and occupational health risk assessment techniques in Shijiazhuang City, the noise inspection results were statistically analyzed from six dimensions including enterprise size, economic type, industry distribution and practitioners’ age, seniority and sex. Results A total of 1 831 people were examined in occupational health check-up for key occupational diseases in Xiangcheng District in Shijiazhuang in 2015, and the mean hearing threshold of double-ear high-frequency was 156 days ≥ 40 days. The small number of small and medium-sized township and village enterprises monitored with a small number of abnormalities resulted in abnormal rates of 17.09% and 7.28%, respectively. The number of noise-soliciting workers was mainly young and middle-aged (1-3 years), with 7-19 and 10-14 a The average abnormal hearing loss of high frequency of both ears were 16.22% and 14.04% respectively. Conclusion In 2015, the occupational health hazards of middle-aged and young noise workers in towns and townships such as Baicheng District, medium and small-scale private enterprises in Shijiazhuang City are relatively serious. The prevention and control of occupational hazards to noise in these industries and personnel should be emphasized.
