以Pd/Al2O3催化剂为例,选取了苯乙烯加氢制备乙苯的体系,探讨了一种在常压、低温、间歇反应评价催化剂活性的方法,利用单因素实验,考察了搅拌速度、反应温度、反应时间、氢气流量、溶剂用量对评价反应的影响;在单因素实验的基础上,运用响应面分析法中的Box-Benhnken模块进行三因素三水平的实验设计,以苯乙烯转化率作为响应值,进行响应面分析、优化和实验验证,得出最佳工艺参数为反应温度67.24℃,反应时间2.95h,氢气流量150ml/min,产率可达到100.00%。
Taking Pd / Al2O3 catalyst as an example, the system of hydrogenation of styrene to ethylbenzene was chosen. A method for evaluating the activity of catalyst at atmospheric pressure, low temperature and batch reaction was discussed. The single factor experiment was used to investigate the effects of stirring speed, reaction temperature , Reaction time, hydrogen flow rate and solvent dosage on the reaction were evaluated. Based on the single-factor experiment, the Box-Benhnken module in response surface methodology was used to carry out three-factor and three-level experimental design. The results showed that the optimum reaction parameters were reaction temperature 67.24 ℃, reaction time 2.95h, hydrogen flow rate 150ml / min and the yield of 100.00%.
