创新是当今社会生产力解放和发展的基础与标志,是中华民族几千年来生生不息、发展壮大的重要动力。没有创新,就没有人类的未来。创新也是档案工作保持蓬勃生机的力量源泉。当前,档案事业正处在变革和发展的历史时刻,创新工作显得尤为重要。档案工作者只有与时俱进,破除传统观念,大胆探索,勇于和善于在实践中创新,才能使高校档案工作在创新中得到发展和提高。
Innovation is the foundation and symbol of the liberation and development of social productive forces in today’s society. It is also an important impetus for the Chinese nation to develop endlessly for thousands of years. Without innovation, there is no human future. Innovation is also a source of strength to maintain vigorous growth in archive work. At present, the file industry is in the historic moment of change and development. Innovation work is especially important. Only by keeping pace with the times, breaking away from the traditional concepts, boldly exploring, brave and good at innovating in practice can archivists make the archives work in colleges and universities be developed and improved in innovation.
