一、前言火炬是我厂石油化工生产中一个安全设施,主要用来燃烧生产装置排出来的成份复杂的可燃气体。该系统十分庞大,火炬气来源繁杂,两套砂炉子裂解装置的排放点有近千处,其排放量亦变化较大(日排放量50—80吨)其排放来源大致归纳为:1.乙烯、丙烯供需不平衡时,短期排放裂解车间与后加工车间之间由于缓冲罐数量不足,当乙烯、丙烯供需不平衡时,迫使乙烯、丙烯短期排往火炬烧掉。2.裂解装置开停车排放裂解装置在无液态乙烯情况下,开车周期约为4天,这段时间由于乙烯不合格,大部份气体产品须排往火炬烧掉,这类排放点的特点
