目的回顾分析某综合性医院铜绿假单胞菌的标本来源及耐药性,为临床医师合理选用抗菌药物控制医院内感染提供实验依据。方法从该院2014年1-12月各临床科室送检标本中分离铜绿假单胞菌,细菌鉴定采用Bio-Merieux生产的API细菌鉴定系统,药敏试验采用纸片扩散法。结果分离出的166株铜绿假单胞菌,标本来源主要是呼吸道分泌物,达70.5%;其次是血液,占6.6%;对哌拉西林的耐药率最高,为38.0%;对粘菌素的耐药率最低,为1.2%。结论该院铜绿假单胞菌主要引起呼吸系统感染,产生了一定的耐药性,稍高于国内平均水平。应做好细菌检测,并根据药敏结果合理选用抗菌药物,以防院内感染的发生。
Objective To retrospectively analyze the source and drug resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in a general hospital and provide experimental evidence for clinicians to choose antimicrobial drugs to control nosocomial infections. Methods Pseudomonas aeruginosa was isolated from clinical specimens from clinical departments of our hospital from January to December, 2014. Bacteria were identified by Bio-Merieux API bacteria identification system. Drug susceptibility test was performed by disk diffusion method. Results 166 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated were mainly from respiratory secretions, followed by blood, accounting for 6.6%. The drug resistance to piperacillin was the highest, 38.0% The lowest rate of resistance was 1.2%. Conclusion Pseudomonas aeruginosa mainly caused respiratory infection and produced certain drug resistance, slightly higher than the national average. Bacteria should be tested, and reasonable selection of antimicrobial agents based on drug susceptibility results to prevent the occurrence of nosocomial infections.
