合理使用抗菌药是一个常说常新的话题,也是一个很难做好的问题。老年人的脏器功能逐渐减退,抗菌药的选择和用量常常有别于普通成年人。由于药物可由母体影响到胎儿或婴儿,因此妊娠和哺乳期妇女使用抗菌药也要更加慎重。
