目的:讨论研究妊娠期糖尿病的特点和诊断治疗。方法:对2013年1月至2014年1月来我院入院就诊的妊娠期100例糖尿病患者的临床资料进行了研究和分析。结果:妊娠期糖尿病患者与观察组的患者相比较,妊娠期的患者高血压发病率具有差异统计学意义,P<0.05;羊水过多、难产、巨大儿等发生的几率急速增加。结论:妊娠期糖尿病对产妇及婴儿都有一定的危害,因此,对妊娠期糖尿病要给予及时的治疗和诊断,预防其对产妇及婴儿的健康有所危害。
Objective: To discuss the characteristics of gestational diabetes mellitus and diagnosis and treatment. Methods: The clinical data of 100 cases of diabetics during pregnancy admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were studied and analyzed. Results: Compared with the patients in the observation group, the incidence of hypertension in pregnancy was significantly different (P <0.05). The incidence of polyhydramnios, dystocia, macrosomia and so on increased rapidly. Conclusion: Gestational diabetes has certain harm to both maternal and infant. Therefore, timely treatment and diagnosis of gestational diabetes mellitus should be given to prevent its harm to maternal and infant health.
