中国是一个农村人口占大多数的发展中国家,要实现人人享有卫生保健的目标,需要关注农村的情况。在新型农村合作医疗的实施过程中,农民居于核心地位,既是制度的参与者又是重要的受益人。使用2005年4月进行的全国性农户抽样跟踪调查数据,对808个农户进行了关于诊所的服务水平、态度、收费情况等方面的访谈,在此基础上进行了1997年和2004年两个时点上的比较,以此探析新农合实施前后农户眼中的村诊所现状与发展变化。
As a developing country with the largest rural population, China needs to pay attention to rural areas in order to achieve the goal of health for all. In the process of implementing the new rural cooperative medical system, peasants are at the core position, both as participants in the system and as important beneficiaries. Using the national sample survey of farm households conducted in April 2005, 808 rural households were interviewed on the service level, attitude, fees and other aspects of the clinics. Based on this, the survey was conducted on two occasions in 1997 and 2004 Point of comparison, in order to explore the implementation of the new rural cooperative medical system before and after the village clinics in the eyes of the status quo and development.
