脉搏波速度(简称脉速)测定是反映血管弹性及紧张度的一种方法,对动脉粥样硬化的早期诊断有一定参考价值。我院心血管病防治组在晋江地区第一医院、福建医科大学附属一院等单位协助下,分别对正常人、冠心病和高血压病患者进行了脉速测定,并对其临床价值作了初步探讨。现报道如下。
