研究了伏香梨的追熟特性。结果表明，伏香梨追熟期间还原糖、总糖的含量上升，硬度、滴定酸度下降，糖酸比增加，果皮着色快，果实散发出浓郁的香气，果肉酸甜可口。与晚采果比较，早采果追熟后腐烂率明显降低。在本试验中，可以认为哈尔滨地区伏香梨在８月１５日采收，效果较好
Studied the Chaxiang pear chasing characteristics.
