研究了伏香梨的追熟特性。结果表明,伏香梨追熟期间还原糖、总糖的含量上升,硬度、滴定酸度下降,糖酸比增加,果皮着色快,果实散发出浓郁的香气,果肉酸甜可口。与晚采果比较,早采果追熟后腐烂率明显降低。在本试验中,可以认为哈尔滨地区伏香梨在8月15日采收,效果较好
Studied the Chaxiang pear chasing characteristics.
