2014年省林业厅不断激发广大林业科技人员创新积极性,取得了可喜的成果,共获得河北省科学技术进步奖5项,其中一等奖1项,三等奖4项。获一等奖的项目是北方丘陵山地生态经济型水土保持林体系建设关键技术,主要完成单位为河北农业大学。该项目提出并实践了“生态经济型水土保持林体系”的概念,创建了阳陡坡、阴陡坡、贫瘠缓坡和肥沃缓坡树种配置的高效利用模式,构建了丘陵山地生态经济型水土保持
In 2014, the provincial Department of Forestry continued to inspire the innovation enthusiasm of forestry scientists and technicians and achieved gratifying results. The project has won 5 Hebei Science and Technology Progress Awards, including 1 first prize and 4 third prizes. The first prize project is the key technology for the construction of eco-economic water and soil conservation forest system in the hilly and mountainous areas of northern China. The main unit completed is Hebei Agricultural University. The project put forward and practiced the concept of “eco-economic water and soil conservation forest system”, created the efficient utilization model of the steep slopes, overcast steep slopes, barren gentle slopes and fertile gentle slope tree species configuration, and established the ecological and economical soil and water conservation of hilly and mountainous regions
