郑州地区淡色库蚊越冬过程中,10~12月份单个蚊虫体重显著增加,以后逐渐下降。体液系数在11~1月份显著降低,以后明显升高。单个蚊虫及血淋巴内脂、蛋白及碳水化合物的动态变化,揭示了越冬过程中蚊虫体内代谢物质的蓄积与消耗过程。花蜜糖定性试验提示,越冬前期(9~10月份)蚊虫摄取大鼠植物糖类。本文结合蚊虫越冬的生理生态学,对上述指标的动态变化进行了分析讨论。
During the winter overcast in Culex pipiens pallens in Zhengzhou, the body weight of single mosquito increased significantly from October to December and then gradually decreased. The body fluid coefficient decreased significantly from November to January, and then increased significantly. The dynamics of individual mosquitoes, hemolymph, lipids, proteins and carbohydrates revealed the process of accumulation and depletion of metabolites in mosquitoes overwintering. Nectar sugar qualitative test tips, early winter (9 ~ October) mosquitoes ingestion of plant sugars in rats. In this paper, combined with the physiological ecology of mosquitoes overwintering, the dynamic changes of the above indicators were analyzed and discussed.
