天空的幸福,是它穿一身蓝;阳光的幸福,是它拥有水晶般耀眼的光彩;我的幸福,是在课改的浪潮里摆渡人生,摆渡命运,摆渡智慧。一、学习中成长1、课改给了我机遇。为了学习课改新理念,我阅读了继续教育的《走进新课程》、《新课程理念与小学语文课程改革》、《小学语文教学基本功训练》等资料,使我由传统的知识传授者成为学生学习的参与者、引导者和合作者,在课堂上不再固守“一言堂”的传统,而是想方设法为学生搭起相互学习的平台。
