阐述了电磁铆接成形机理和其在复合材料结构件上的应用优势。介绍了电磁铆接技术在实现复合材料构件高质量、高效率的连接,以及改善大直径、难成形材料铆钉的铆接质量等方面的研究应用现状。并介绍了近年来低压电磁铆接设备的研制应用情况。最后指出电磁铆接技术应在变形机理、工艺和设备研制方面进行探索,指导实际复合材料装配工艺过程。
The forming mechanism of electromagnetic riveting and its application advantages in composite structural parts are expounded. This paper introduces the research and application status of electromagnetic riveting technology in the realization of high quality and efficient connection of composite materials and the improvement of riveting quality of large diameter and difficult forming rivets. And introduced the development and application of low voltage electromagnetic riveting equipment in recent years. Finally, it is pointed out that electromagnetic riveting technology should be explored in the deformation mechanism, technology and equipment development to guide the actual composite material assembly process.
