目的了解子宫腺肌症月经量过多患者接受左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统治疗的临床效果。方法本次研究以本院近年来收治因月经量过多为主要临床症状就诊的子宫腺肌症患者为对象,均接受左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统放置方法治疗,随机抽取60例并对其临床资料以回顾性方法进行分析,通过对比患者治疗前后各项临床指标归纳患者接受该方案治疗的应用价值。结果相对于放置治疗前,患者月经量、月经期、月经周期、痛经程度等均有明显改善,前后对比存在统计学价值(P<0.05)。结论子宫腺肌症是临床常见临床症状,此类疾病患者有部分存在月经量过多症状,使得患者承受巨大心理压力,影响生活质量,对其应用左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统治疗能够降低月经量,不良反应少且轻微,值得临床推广。
