日本岐阜县某采石场的振动危害及近5年的动态研究结果如下。于1976、1981年对该采石场69名使用振动工具(主要是碎石锤)的釆石者作了体检及卫生学调查。对象的平均年龄49.14±8.7岁,40～70岁占76.8％。振动工具使用年数16.4±5.1年,10年以上者近90％。每天使用振动工具不足1小时的只1人,余为2小时以上;自觉症状:雷诺现象36.2％(每天发生13％、每月发生14.5％、每年发生8.7％,右手4.3％、左手24.6％、双手7.2％),早期发作
The vibration hazard of a quarry in Gifu prefecture, Japan, and the dynamic research results of the past 5 years are as follows. In 1976 and 1981, physical examinations and hygiene investigations were conducted on 69 rock-breeders of the quarry using vibrating tools, mainly stone hammers. The average age of the subjects 49.14 ± 8.7 years old, 40 to 70 years of age accounted for 76.8%. Vibration tools use the number of years 16.4 ± 5. 1 years, 10 years or more nearly 90%.
