本文探讨了加稀土离子氮化38CrMoAl钢和5Cr21 Mn9Ni4N不锈钢过程中,稀土元素对离子氮化过程及组织的影响,与常规离子氮化比较,加稀土离子氮化提高渗速30%以上。
In this paper, the effects of rare earth elements on the ion nitriding process and microstructure during the process of adding rare earth ion nitrided 38CrMoAl steel and 5Cr21Mn9Ni4N stainless steel were studied. Compared with conventional ion nitriding, the rare earth element nitriding increased the permeation rate by more than 30%.
