美国商务部在对中国原产的太阳能电池及组件进行征收初裁反倾销税后,中国太阳能电池出口出现明显下滑,但从八月份的数据来看,出口额相较于上个月呈现明显反弹。一方面反映出焦头烂额于欧美双反的中国企业开始从惩罚性关税中缓过神并寻找到部分对策,加大对美国出口;另一方面反映了美国Q3将呈现较为旺盛的太阳能安装量
After the U.S. Department of Commerce imposed a preliminary anti-dumping duty on Chinese-made solar cells and modules, the export of solar cells in China showed a marked decline. However, the figures for August show that exports have shown a clear rebound from the previous month. On the one hand, it reflects that the Chinese enterprises that are struggling with the double reactions in Europe and the United States have started to slow down their punitive tariffs and find some countermeasures so as to increase their exports to the United States. On the other hand, it reflects that the United States Q3 will have a relatively large installed capacity of solar energy
