针对江苏省苏州地区1983年和1986年抗病品种因稻瘟病菌某些生理小种出现先后“丧失抗病性”这一现象,选择对稻瘟病菌抗感明显的水稻品种秀水04和苏御糯为供试品种,稻瘟病菌中E3、中A51为供试菌株,探讨稻瘟病菌不同生理小种间在致病性方面的互作效应。结果表明:①稻瘟病菌生理小种中E3及中A51菌株孢子发芽液本身对水稻植株没有致病性或其它明显毒性;②在亲和性接种组合中,中E3及中A51菌株孢子发芽液可使病菌侵染植株的能力增强;③在非亲和接种组合中,中A51菌株孢子发芽液具有侵染诱导活性,能使病菌孢子侵染寄主植株并产生稻瘟病典型病斑;④孢子发芽液中的侵染活性因子为水溶性物质
In response to the phenomenon of “loss of disease resistance” in the resistant varieties of Magnaporthe grisea from 1983 and 1986 in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province, the rice varieties Xiushui 04 and Suyu Waxy was the tested cultivars, E3 and A51 were the tested strains of Magnaporthe grisea, and the interaction between different physiological races of Magnaporthe grisea in pathogenicity was discussed.
