选择57 例新生儿上消化道出血的患者,随机分成2 组,采用凝血酶制剂进行对照治疗观察.结果表明:治疗组31 例,显效率为93 .5 ％ ,平均止血时间(1 .34 ±0 .63) D;对照组26例,显效率为53 .8 ％ ,平均止血时间(3 .22 ±0 .52) D,2 组比较,治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组( P＜ 0 .001) .“,”cases of newborn upper digestive tract hemorrhage were chosen and randomly divided into two groups in our study. After they were comparably treated by using thrombase, the results showed that the experimental group are more significant in effectiveness than the control group. The clinical efficacy of the experimental group and control group are 93.5% and 53.8% respectively, and the average hemostatic time of two groups are (1.34±0.63) days and (3.22±0.52) days respectively. The difference between the two groups is statistically significant.
