结合细观力学在金属韧性材料断裂中的研究成果 ,提出压力容器用钢的断裂模式有两种 :韧窝型断裂模式和剪切型断裂模式 ;决定这两种断裂模式的转变的是应力三轴度。应力三轴度是一种表征材料受力时的应力状态的度量。给出了压力容器用钢的应力状态与两种断裂模式的关系 ,并对其在压力容器的优化设计和安全评定中的用途作了研究
Combined with the research results of meso-mechanics in the fracture of metallic ductile materials, it is suggested that there are two fracture modes for pressure vessel steel: dimple-fracture mode and shear-fracture mode; and the change of these two fracture modes is stress three Axis. Stress triaxiality is a measure of the stress state of a material under stress. The relationship between the stress state of the pressure vessel steel and the two fracture modes is given and its application in the optimal design and safety assessment of the pressure vessel is also studied
