在影响文化演化路向的诸多因素中， 语言文字起着主宰性的作用。文章通过对人类文化演化过程的历史考察， 阐明了语言文字的这种主宰作用。文章认为， 由于表意文字与象形文字的差别， 最终导致西方文化与中国文化走上了两条截然不同的发展道路
Among the many factors that influence the direction of cultural evolution, language plays a dominant role. Through the historical investigation of the evolution of human culture, the article clarifies the dominant role of language. The article argues that due to the differences between ideograms and hieroglyphs, it eventually led to two distinct paths of development for both Western culture and Chinese culture
