职工的素质决定着企业的兴衰,企业的兴盛离不开有知识、有创新力的年轻人,要掌握和改变年轻职员的想法动态,服务企业的进步。尤其是在经济不景气,企业生产经营不稳定,生活负担加重的情况下,年轻人容易受到社会不良信息的影响,掌握和引导年轻员工的思想动态显得更为重要。文章在做好青年职工思想政治工作的必要性基础上,针对新形势下国有企业青年职工思想政治工作开展曝露出的一些问题提几点策略。
The quality of employees determines the rise and fall of the enterprise. The prosperity of the enterprise is inseparable from knowledgeable and innovative young people. It is necessary to grasp and change the dynamics of the ideas of young employees and serve the progress of the enterprise. Especially in the context of economic downturn, unstable production and business operations, and increased burden of life, young people are vulnerable to negative social information. It is even more important to grasp and guide the ideological dynamics of young employees. On the basis of the need to do a good job of ideological and political work for young workers, the article addresses several issues that have been exposed in the ideological and political work of the young workers of state-owned enterprises in the new situation.
