采用正交组合回归设计试验方法,研究了硅、稀土元素对ZA27合金力学性能的影响规律。研究结果表明,硅、稀土元素对合金的抗压强度、冲击韧性产生显著影响,且对综合力学性能的影响存在最佳配比。
Orthogonal regression test was used to study the effect of silicon and rare earth elements on the mechanical properties of ZA27 alloy. The results show that silicon and rare earth elements have a significant effect on the compressive strength and impact toughness of the alloy, and have the best ratio of the comprehensive mechanical properties.
