Since the advent of measles vaccine, especially during the toll-free-cold chain period, the measles epidemic in Sichuan Province has been effectively controlled. In recent years, the incidence of measles in our province has been maintained at about 10 million, but the incidence of ethnic minority areas is still high, and sometimes outbreaks. In order to further reduce the morbidity and mortality of measles in our province and ethnic minority areas, we conducted measles epidemics in 47 years in the province and ethnic minority areas.
