目的建立地榆鞣质的闪式提取工艺,为地榆制剂的研究奠定基础。方法采用闪式提取法,以溶媒用量、丙酮浓度、提取时间3个因素为主要影响因素,以总鞣质转移率Y1、没食子酸转移率Y2、总评归一值(OD)为评价指标进行Box-Behnken试验设计,考察最佳工艺。结果最佳工艺为:溶媒用量12倍、丙酮浓度60%、提取时间3 min,验证最佳工艺,实测Y1、Y2的平均值为90.58%、93.70%,RSD分别为2.23%、1.51%,与模型预测值非常接近,说明该模型比较可靠。结论所建方法科学、合理、可行。
Objective To establish the flash extraction of tannin from Ulmus, and lay the foundation for the research on the preparation of Burnet. Methods Three kinds of factors including solvent dosage, acetone concentration and extraction time were selected as the main factors in the method. The total tannin transfer rate (Y1), the gallic acid transfer rate (Y2) and the total regression value (OD) -Behnken experimental design, study the best technology. The optimum conditions were as follows: the amount of solvent was 12 times, the concentration of acetone was 60%, the extraction time was 3 min, the best process was verified. The average values of Y1 and Y2 were 90.58% and 93.70%, RSD was 2.23% and 1.51% The model predictions are very close, indicating that the model is more reliable. Conclusion The method is scientific, reasonable and feasible.
