为研究番石榴实蝇的定量化饲养技术,采用水果切片和含啤酒酵母的人工饲料对番石榴实蝇进行室内饲养,对发育指标[幼虫存活率(卵发育至3龄老熟幼虫)、化蛹率、百粒蛹重、羽化率]进行方差分析。结果表明,木瓜切片饲养的幼虫存活率(23.75%)、化蛹率(93.28%)最低,柑橘瓣饲养的羽化率(55.05%)最低,番石榴切片饲养的幼虫存活率、化蛹率、羽化率最高,适用于番石榴实蝇的饲养。分别用含3%、5%、7%啤酒酵母的人工饲料饲养试虫,不同含量处理的幼虫存活率和化蛹率无显著差异,但含3%啤酒酵母的百粒蛹重(1.055 g)和羽化率(75.58%)最低,含5%、7%啤酒酵母处理的试虫在各项发育指标间无显著性差异,是较为适合的配方比例。
In order to study the quantitative feeding technique of guava fruit flies, the fruit fly and the artificial feed containing beer yeast were used for indoor feeding of guava fruit fly.
