对目前货车滚动轴承故障检测依然采用人工压转轴承,并辅以手摸和耳听的方式对轴承进行故障检查的手工轴承故障检测方式进行分析;通过对货车滚动轴承不退卸检测装置研制过程中需要解决的问题进行研究,依据实际检测数据作为支撑,逐一论述关键问题的解决方案;并经运用实验,最终形成满足现场实际需求的检测装置。为货车滚动轴承外检工序提供现代化检测手段,可提高铁路车辆检修质量,保证行车安全,充分发挥轴承的工作潜力。
