马克思基于生产力—生产关系、生产社会化—产权社会化分析框架研究资本主义生产关系,形成了马克思产权社会化思想。马克思对资本主义生产关系发展的历史进程、未来趋势的研究构成马克思产权社会化思想的纵向建构,社会资本形态、产权形态、企业组织形式是马克思产权社会化思想的横向展开。马克思产权社会化思想对产权理论研究创新以及当前产权制度改革具有重要启示。
Marx studied the capitalist relations of production based on the analytical framework of productive forces-production relations and socialization of production-the socialization of property rights, which formed Marx’s socialization of property rights. Marx’s study of the historical process and future trend of the development of the capitalist relations of production constitutes the longitudinal construction of Marx’s socialization of property rights. The social capital form, property form and enterprise organization form are the horizontal development of Marx’s social property. Marxist socialization of property rights has important implications for the research innovation of property rights theory and the current reform of property rights system.
