我省盛夏(7~8月)雨量的盈歉,常能显著影响农业生产。根据么枕生1958年指出,7、8月间在长江以南与南岭以北的整个广大江南地区,已成为全国降水的高变率中心之一。此时我省地区的变率,高达50%左右。这表明盛夏降水易有偏多偏少的变动。如果再进一步从各月降水量的保障机率来考察,我省7月份降水量在200毫米以上的保障机率只有10%,在100毫米以上则为50%,而在50毫米以上则竟高达90%。从全国范围内来说,7、8月份仅在长江流域与台湾海峡具有4倍于准平均降水量的降雨机
