2011年-2012年,辽河油田沈阳采油厂在边台潜山区块实施了三口复合型分支井,每口井都有两个主分支,每个主分支上都有多个鱼骨型分支,该井型增大了井眼与油藏的接触面积,提高了单井产量。在施工过程中,遇到了开窗点处地层硬,开窗机械钻速低,铣锥用量大,成本高等问题。在经过调整开窗钻具组合与改变开窗工具结构后,后期的施工中,取得了很好的效果,并且窗口的形状和大小也符合分支井的要求,定向钻井管柱和完井管柱通过窗口也十分顺利。开窗技术的进步,减少了建井周期,提高了分支井完井施工的成功率。
