近年来,我国数字学术期刊发展迅速,但存在着缺乏质量控制、体例规范不统一、知识产权纠纷案件不断等问题。鉴于纸版学术期刊评价曾经遭受来自读者、作者甚至学术界的质疑,应依照客观性、公正性、权威性的原则,从制定定量评价指标、组织专家的定性评价、区别不同学科制定不同评价标准、引进西方学术评价方法等方面,建立我国数字学术期刊评价体系。

Due to the fact that the evaluation of paper academic journals has been challenged by readers, authors and even academics, it is necessary to formulate quantitative evaluation indexes according to the principles of objectivity, fairness and authority, organize qualitative evaluation of experts, and make different evaluation criteria , The introduction of Western academic evaluation methods and other aspects, the establishment of China’s digital academic journals evaluation system.
