我们跟消费者之间就是这种平等的真挚的交换关系。你不要怕挣人家的钱,但你一定要满足对方付那个钱的需求。企业是什么?企业是创造利润的组织。企业家是什么?企业家就是用心把企业做到家,用心把工作做到用户家,得到用户的满意付款后赢得应该得到的利润。企业的目标是创造利润,但光想着赚钱怎么能行?做生意是门学问,这个学问其实老百姓都懂——一分钱一分货的交换。
