今年6月22日,国务院第70次常务会议讨论并原则通过了《关于开展新农保试点的指导意见》。8月18日,全国新型农村社会养老保险试点工作会议在京召开,温家宝总理作重要讲话,会议决定从今年开始在全国10%的县(区)先行试点,然后逐步扩大。为搞好试点,我们将陆续刊出国外和省外农村养老保险的成功做法和经验,以飨读者。
On June 22 this year, the 70th executive meeting of the State Council discussed and approved in principle the “Guiding Opinions on Launching the Pilot Project of New Agriculture and Insurance”. On August 18, a pilot conference on the new-type rural social endowment insurance in China was held in Beijing. Premier Wen Jiabao made an important speech. The conference decided to pilot the 10% counties (districts) across the country starting this year and then gradually expand it. In order to do a good job in pilot projects, we will publish the successful practices and experiences of rural endowment insurance abroad and in other provinces in order to readers.
