随着铁路事业的飞速发展和人民对铁路运输服务需求的不断增加,如何进一步提高职工素质及其文化水平,如何加速人才培养等职工教育方面的问题日益凸显出来,也面临着极大的考验。在这种形势下,专兼职教师队伍建设工作显得愈发重要。本文在对专兼职培训师资队伍的现状调研的基础上,通过对调研结果的统计与分析,指出了师资队伍,特别是兼职教师师资队伍建设方面存在的不足,并提出加强兼职培训师资队伍建设的意见。
With the rapid development of the railway industry and people’s increasing demand for railway transportation services, the problems of how to further improve the quality of staff and workers and their educational level and how to speed up personnel training and other aspects of staff education have become increasingly prominent. They are also facing great challenges. In this situation, the construction of part-time teachers is even more and more important. Based on the investigation of the status quo of the part-time teachers, this paper points out the shortcomings of the teaching staff, especially the construction of part-time teachers, and points out that strengthening the construction of the part-time teachers opinion.
