前言2006年在《可再生能源法》和国家发展与改革委员会制订的《2010～2020可再生能源中长期发展规划》的指导和推动下,中国太阳能热利用开发与应用取得了丰硕的成果。

Foreword Under the guidance and promotion of the “Renewable Energy Law” and the “Medium and Long Term Development Plan for Renewable Energy 2010-2010” formulated by the National Development and Reform Commission in 2006, great achievements have been made in the development and application of solar thermal utilization in China.
