麻醉大鼠，ｉｖｌ０～１５．７５ｍｇ／ｋｇ的异丙酚（ＰＲＯ）后，收缩血压、舒张血压、平均动脉血压、心率、左室收缩压、左室等容期压力变化最大速度均显著降低（Ｐ＜０．０１），药后４～６ｍｉｎ为作用高峰，且随剂量的增加作用增强。提示ＰＲＯ可引起血压下降，心率减慢，降低心肌收缩舒张性能。ＰＲＯ对心血管的影响呈剂量相关性抑制。
In anesthetized rats, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, mean arterial pressure, heart rate, left ventricular systolic pressure and maximal velocity of left ventricular isovolumic pressure were all significantly decreased after iv administration of 10 ~ 15.75mg / kg propofol (PRO) P <0.01), peaked at 4 ~ 6min after drug treatment, and increased with dose increasing. Tip PRO can cause blood pressure, heart rate slowed down, reduce myocardial systolic and diastolic performance. The effects of PRO on cardiovascular were dose-dependently suppressed.
