在生物体中,对维持生命所必需的各种离子透过细胞膜时,均有各自的运送方式。通常,人们把可以诱导生物膜或人工膜的离子渗透力的有机配体(天然的或人工合成的)统称为离子载体,它们的分子量大约为200—2000道尔顿。
In the living body, various ions that are necessary for the maintenance of life are transported through the cell membrane. In general, organic ligands (natural or synthetic) that can induce ion penetration into biomembranes or artificial membranes are collectively referred to as ionophores and have a molecular weight of about 200-2000 daltons.
