自90年代以来,青蒿素(青蒿琥酯、蒿甲醚)对预防血吸虫感染的作用已有许多报道,主要是对血吸虫童虫有很好的作用。在TDR资助下的研究证实,对人体和动物的曼氏血吸虫病有明显作用,对埃及血吸虫病已完成实验室研究,正在进行现场应用观察。
The effects of artemisinin (artesunate and artemether) on the prevention of schistosomiasis infection have been reported since the 1990s, and they are mainly responsible for schistosomula. Research funded under the TDR has confirmed a significant effect on human and animal man’s schistosomiasis and laboratory studies on schistosomiasis in Egypt have been completed and on-site observations are under way.
