Human disease resistance and immune function are closely related. Many scholars at home and abroad have done a great deal of research on human immune function and tested it from different aspects. They think that T cell value can be one of the indicators of immune function. In 1975, Mueller made the animal experiments for the first time with nonspecific fatty acid method and found that the acid α-naphthylacetate esterase (ANAE) -positive cells are consistent with the distribution of T cells.
