本文通过回顾我国高校学报史,介绍海外及港台高校学报专科化的情况,指出为了适应改革开放的时代潮流,我国高校学报必然要走创办专科版的道路。
By reviewing the history of university journals in our country and introducing the specialization of journals of overseas universities and colleges in Hong Kong and Taiwan, this paper points out that in order to adapt to the trend of reform and opening up, our country ’s university journals must take the path of setting up the special edition.
