全面质量管理是企业管理的中心环节,是现 代工业生产中的科学管理方法。管理工作系统 化、信息化和最优化,是企业管理现代化的重要 标志,必须首先在质量管理中得以实现,才能促 进企业各项管理工作现代化。在改革中开创质量 管理的新局面,深化全面质量管理,推进企业管 理现代化,势在必行。然而,不少部门在抓质量 管理工作中,不能将影响质量的诸因素有效地控 制起来,往往顾此失彼,抓不出实效。为此,笔 者就如何加强科学的全面质量管理,逐步推进企 业管理现代化提出几点看法。
Total quality management is a central part of corporate management and a scientific management method in modern industrial production. Systematization, informatization, and optimization of management work are important signs for the modernization of enterprise management. They must first be implemented in quality management in order to promote the modernization of various management tasks. It is imperative to create a new situation of quality management in the reform, deepen total quality management, and promote the modernization of corporate governance. However, many departments do not effectively control the factors that affect quality in their work on quality management, and they tend to ignore each other and fail to achieve practical results. To this end, pen writers made several suggestions on how to strengthen scientific total quality management and gradually advance the modernization of enterprise management.
