目的:探讨中西医结合治疗气虚血瘀型椎-基底动脉供血不足的疗效。方法:将62例患者随机分为两组,对照组30例主要给予西比灵、葛根素及对症支持疗法;治疗组32例在对照组治疗的基础上加用益气活血中药口服;2周后统计疗效。结果:治疗组临床控制17例,好转12例,无效3例,总有效率为90.6%;对照组临床控制12例,好转11例,无效7例,总有效率为76.7%。两组比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗气虚血瘀型椎-基底动脉供血不足疗效较好。
Objective: To investigate the curative effect of traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating insufficiency of vertebrobasilar insufficiency with qi deficiency and blood stasis. Methods: Sixty-two patients were randomly divided into two groups. Control group, 30 cases were given xibinger, puerarin and symptomatic supportive therapy. 32 cases in the treatment group were treated orally with Yiqi Huoxue Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group. After 2 weeks Statistical efficacy. Results: In the treatment group, 17 cases were clinically controlled, 12 cases were improved, 3 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 90.6%. In the control group, 12 cases were clinically controlled, 11 cases were improved, 7 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 76.7%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). Conclusion: Integrative Chinese medicine treatment of Qi and blood stasis vertebrobasilar insufficiency has a good effect.
