自我国改革开放以来,伴随着中国社会主义市场经济体制的稳步推进以及改善,民营企业的创建就恰如雨后春笋般涌现,由开始的家庭手工业到90年代的家族式企业发展,再到今天的多数民营企业建立了法人治理结构,生产经营向专业化、集团化、现代化、国际化迈进,民营企业进入了蓬勃发展的新时期。但是民营企业在高速增长、发展壮大的同时管理力度不足的问题也日益显现出来,尤其在新的经济、金融形势下民营企业财务管理存在着很多亟待解决的问题,制约了民营企业的生存与进一步发展。本文首先研究在民营企业中出现的一些常见的财务管理问题,然后关于这些问题,给出一些相应的建议和措施,以此来推动民营企业的良好发展。

This article first studies some common financial management problems in private enterprises, and then gives some corresponding suggestions and measures on these issues in order to promote the sound development of private enterprises.
