对美国研制的Cr-Mo-Ni-Mn-Si低合金耐磨钢进行了合理化成分改进,获得一种新型Cr-Mo-Ni-Mn-Si合金钢,对该合金钢进行了不同工艺的热处理,并测定了其力学性能。结果表明:新型Cr-Mo-Ni-Mn-Si合金钢等温淬火后可得到下贝氏体组织,在300℃盐浴等温淬火120 min后,下贝氏体组织均匀、细小,抗拉强度高达1230 MPa,冲击韧度可达30 J/cm~2以上,耐磨性最佳。
The Cr-Mo-Ni-Mn-Si low-alloy wear-resistant steel developed in the United States was improved and a new Cr-Mo-Ni-Mn-Si alloy steel was obtained. The alloy steel was heat- , And measured its mechanical properties. The results show that the lower bainite can be obtained after the austempering process of the new type Cr-Mo-Ni-Mn-Si alloy steel.
