本研究探讨了箭胡毛杨在繁殖培育过程中的各项制约因子。研究结果表明 ,组培中 6-BA浓度及其与IAA配比对芽的增生有显著的影响 ,其中以IAA/6-BA为 0 .3/0 .0 5时芽发生数最多。生根培养中 ,当培养基IAA为 1.0mg/L时 ,根诱导率最高。以采穗圃生长季萌条为材料进行单芽嫩枝繁殖 ,适宜的生长素处理和扦插基质配比是影响其成活率的重要因子 ,在5 0 0mg/L处理下 ,扦插成活率在 86%以上 ;基质沙土比 1∶1较为理想的插壤 ,成活率达 83.7%。
This study explored the constraints of Populus trichocarpa in breeding and breeding.
