当前,后进生的转化工作已日益受到广大教育工作者的高度重视,但与此同时,部分教师也因此而忽略了对优秀生的管理与教育,致使部分优秀生出现了思想误区。因此,广大教育工作者应切实加强对优秀生的管理与教育。案例:凌小刚是我班成绩优异的学生,他天资聪颖,思维敏捷。学习上的许多问题都难不倒他。充满朝气的他,无论课内还是课外,总可以见到他活跃的身影。可是,接触时间越长,我越是发现他身上存在着不少思想问题,比如:自我感觉过于良好,优越感太强,争论问题时喜爱咄咄逼人;凡事喜欢自我为中心,喜欢吹捧,看不起其他同学;他是独生子,父亲是一家私营企业的老板,经济宽裕的他出手大方,经常买零食或买一些不切实际的明星“大头贴”,花钱如流水。
