俗话说:男女搭配,干活不累。虽然有调侃的味道,但这话不无道理,因为男与女的组合可以取长补短、相得益彰。随着现代女性越来越多地跻身职场中甚或进入管理层,女人管理女人的职场“女儿国”现象渐渐多了起来。不可否认,女人身上不可避免地有一些缺点,如敏感、多疑、善妒等,这使身为女下属或女上司的职场女性不得不对自己格外多加几个“提醒”。
