《河北省实施〈中华人民共和国水法〉办法》(以下简称《水法实施办法》)日前已经河北省第十一届人民代表大会常务委员会第十九次会议高票通过,自2011年1月1日起施行。这是该省第一次明确提出的实行最严格的水资源管理制度。
